Voter registrations are very specific and can only be pulled by IV3 if the name or address matches exactly with what was provided when the voter registered. Here are some tips to find those elusive registrations:
Search using the full name or the full legal name. Sometimes we forget that Sue is actually short for Susan.
Try adding a middle name or middle initial. If you started with a middle name or initial and it didn’t work, try removing it.
If you are searching by address try abbreviating or spelling out words such as street, drive, boulevard etc. Or if you are already spelling them out try abbreviating.
